If the loan program that is available for you, is not what you had in mind, we can work with you to get your credit adjusted so that you will qualify for the loan with the terms that you are looking for. Burghli Homes has its own home furnishings department, which allows us to be able to offer our buyers furniture at a discounted rate. We have different financing options available. In some cases, we can even add the cost of the furniture into your mortgage loan. For more information, speak to our sales department.

Real Estate ::

Burghli Homes also has a real estate department. This is useful to our buyers who have an existing home or property that they would like to sell in order to purchase a new home. We are capable of marketing your property for sale at 1/2 the cost that a typical realtor would charge.
